## 1. Return & Claim Period
All sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns.
However, we will accept claims if you contact us within the following period after delivery:
* **Body parts:** within 2 days of delivery
* **Functional parts (engine, transmission):** within 3 business days of receipt
After these periods, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

## 2. Eligible Cases for Return, Refund, or Exchange
We will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only in the following cases:
* **Incorrect item delivered:** Due to our error, such as wrong part number or left/right mismatch
* **Obvious product damage:** Significant damage that was not noticed at the time of shipping
* **Product malfunction (functional parts only):** The product does not work and cannot be used
* Examples:
1. Engine or transmission makes abnormal noise or does not operate
2. Side mirror does not function
3. Door window does not move
4. Undisclosed cracks in a part
5. Actual product significantly differs from pre-shared photos
6. Return was pre-approved under specific conditions agreed with our staff

## 3. Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases are not covered under our return, refund, or exchange policy:
* Issues after installation or use (including damage during installation, incorrect installation, modification, or disassembly)
* Normal wear and tear (aging, dirt, small scratches, or rust appropriate for used parts)
* Damage or missing parts disclosed in advance (through product description or photos)
* Customer-related reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong item, product not matching expectations or “image”)
* Damage occurring after shipment (including shipping damage)
* Partial returns or exchanges of purchased items
* Examples:
1. “I thought it was the same part, but the shape was different, so I want to return it.”
2. “I purchased an engine for an automatic car, but my car is manual.”
3. “I bought a nose cut, but only the radiator mount does not fit, so I want to exchange just the radiator.”
4. “I bought an engine, disassembled and installed it, but it does not work properly.”

## 4. Claim Procedure
* If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed explanation and attach photos or videos.
* **Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the part until you receive instructions from our staff.**
* We will evaluate the situation and determine if your claim is eligible.
* If approved, we will discuss arrangements for replacement or other necessary measures.
