1. How do I know if the parts I need are in stock?

  • You can check the availability of parts directly on our website. If the part you’re looking for is out of stock, you can contact us and make a request for it through Contact Form, and we'll notify you once it becomes available again.

2. How do I request a part that is out of stock?

  • If the part is not available, simply let us know through the 'Contact Form' on the front top page. We will notify you via email once it is back in stock and available for purchase.

3. Are used car parts guaranteed?

  • Since our products are second-hand parts, we do not offer a warranty period. However, we carefully inspect all products before listing them, and the detailed condition of each part is clearly described on the product page. Please be sure to check the product description carefully before placing your order.

4. What condition are the used parts in?

  • All parts are carefully inspected, cleaned, and tested before being listed for sale. While used, we ensure that the parts are in good working condition. Any cosmetic damage or wear will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

5. Can I return or exchange a used part?

  • As our products are used car parts, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask you to review the product details and condition carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

6. How do I know if the part is compatible with my vehicle?

  • We recommend checking the part specifications listed on the product page, including the make, model, and year compatibility. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us with your vehicle details, and our team will assist you in verifying compatibility.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Currently, we do not offer direct international shipping to individual customers. All orders will be shipped to our KAIHO MIDDLE EAST (KME) located in Sharjah, UAE. Customers are kindly requested to pick up their items from the UAE office after arrival. We will inform you once your order is ready for collection.

8. What should I do if my part arrives damaged?

  • Before handing over any item, we carefully inspect all products to ensure the product condition. However, if the product condition — including any scratches or defects — is clearly mentioned in the item details at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept claims or complaints after the purchase has been made. Please be sure to check the product description thoroughly before completing your order.

9. How do I track my order?

  • In some cases, your order will be shipped from Japan, and due to container shipping, it may take up to 2 months for your item to arrive. Once the items are loaded into a container, they are shipped via ocean freight, so real-time tracking is not available. However, we will notify you by email as soon as the items arrive at our KAIHO MIDDLE EAST office in Sharjah, UAE for pickup.
    Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns during the waiting period.

10. Are there any additional costs like taxes or shipping fees?

  • No, there are no additional costs. The price listed on Shopify is the final price, which includes taxes and shipping fees. You will not be charged any extra fees rather than the price listed on Shopify.

11. How do I make payment for my order?

  • You can choose between payment by credit card. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the payment details via WhatsApp, so please make sure to check the message and proceed accordingly.

12. How do I contact customer support?
